Day 24 – Make Lunches for the Week like Tia Tencha
Make lunches for the week like Tia Tencha from Ohio! Or go shopping to plan to make lunches for the week!
We’re repeating the Sunday activity, so it becomes a habit!
Here’ s Day 17’s post to remind you:
“If you know it’s going to be a busy week (and when is it not?), you can always help feed yourself with a little a planning. Sunday evening is a nice slow time for most of us. Tia Tencha from Ohio used to always make sure she packed our lunches with 50% vegetables, 25% starch, and 25% protein because she wanted us balanced! Maybe try out that great grandmother recipe again. Think of how many times she must have made it to get it as good as she did.
We know we are going to be busy tomorrow for sure throwing together the next People’s Cook Happening. We can’t tell you much… just go to THIS PLACE at THIS TIME to GET THIS GOOD ENERGY!
And tell us what you’re making!”
Music for while your making lunch! Tell me something good! Feed me something good!
